The detached converted Coach House is a fabulous property situated in the heart of Painswick, 'the Queen of the Cotswolds', and a picturesque village with all the amenities of pubs, restaurants, cafe's, galleries and small shops that are just a stroll away. The village of Painswick, affectionately known as “The Queen of the Cotswolds”, is one of the most popular villages in Gloucestershire, probably best known for its church spire and ninety nine Yew trees and is an absolute delight with its quaint narrow streets and wealth of traditional Cotswold limestone houses and cottages.
Home comforts include a large and very well equipped kitchen-dining room, with bi-fold doors opening out into the level enclosed garden, utility, a huge lounge space with a multi-fuel burning stove, Smart tv and Sky with a separate TV area for the kids, a conservatory and sun decked area in the garden, 3 double bedrooms (2 with ensuite), a bedroom with bunk beds, a family bathroom and a downstairs cloak room. Each bedroom has spectacular views and the property is not overlooked. Open up the wall to wall bi folding glazed doors in the kitchen and sit back and relax, perfect for BBQ's and entertaining.
